Experience Details:

Join us at William Chris Vineyards for a guided tasting that invites you to discover the wines and story of Uplift Vineyard—a 55-acre estate rooted in the rare geologic formation known as the Llano Uplift.

Your experience begins with a welcome pour of Lou Adah, our estate white blend that speaks to the elegance and complexity of Uplift Vineyard. From there, you’ll be led to a seated tasting of our estate-driven wines conducted in the privacy of William Chris Vineyards’ Barrel Room. Alongside each pour, you’ll learn about the land that shapes these wines, the vision behind the vineyard, and Lead Winemaker Claire Richardson’s thoughtful approach to growing and making wine in Texas.

This experience is available Friday – Sunday.

FAQ

WHAT TO EXPECT

This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, and we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time in order to greet you and keep the timing accurate.

As we are a working vineyard, please wear appropriate shoes for outdoor activities.

PET POLICY

Out of consideration for all of our guests, dog lovers as well as those who are not, we require your four-legged friends to remain outside and on a leash. No pets are allowed inside the tasting room without service animal designation/certification. We also kindly request that you follow these guidelines when bringing pets to the vineyard:

Dogs are to remain on a leash at all times.

Please help us keep this property beautiful by cleaning up after your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided.

Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior – please remain attentive.

Dogs MUST be up to date on all shots.

Be mindful of your neighbors, and be courteous.

Dogs who display any aggression are not allowed.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly ask that if possible, you provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation so that we may accommodate other guests. Call us at 512.399.5350 or email concierge@upliftvineyard.com to cancel.
