This guided 90-minute tour and tasting takes you through the natural landscape of our 55-acre estate, where you’ll learn about our unique growing philosophy and site-driven winemaking approach. Join us for our annual Black & White Truffle Dinner, an indulgent celebration of fine wine, artistry, and the rare elegance of black and white truffles. This year, we’re honored to welcome Chef Jo Chan, renowned for her work under culinary legends Nobu Matsuhisa, Jonathan Waxman, and Marcus Samuelsson, and recognized from Top Chef Season 19. Now one of Texas’s most celebrated chefs, Chef Jo brings her refined touch and creative flair to a five-course, truffle-inspired menu designed to complement the depth and grace of Uplift wines.
