Uplift Summer Pasta Class

Join us at Uplift Vineyard for an immersive afternoon of cooking, conversation, and connection. We’re welcoming JeriLynne Clifford of Hill Country Bon Vivant for an intimate hands-on pasta class and summer soirée, curated exclusively for our Uplift members.

Together, we’ll craft a beautiful seasonal meal—from fresh pasta and a savory chicken course to a build-your-own tiramisu—then sit down as a group to enjoy our creations paired with Uplift wines, including two special preview pours from wines yet to be released.

The experience also includes a guided vineyard walk and harvest update with Winemaker Claire Richardson, an apron to take home, and full recipes of the dishes we’ll prepare together.

As this is a small, intimate experience, tickets are limited to two per member. This is a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration of summer, Texas wine, and the joy of gathering around the table.

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
