2026 Annual Lobster Boil & Summer Release

Join us for Uplift’s Annual Lobster Boil, a lakeside evening built around fresh seafood, beautiful wines, and the kind of shared table experience that makes summer feel special.

This year’s celebration will take place at the Lakeside Pavilion in Marble Falls, where members and guests can enjoy a relaxed indoor setting with stunning views of the lake. The evening will feature live Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams, Louisiana hot link, artichoke, corn, potatoes, and garlic, all paired with the wines from our July release.

With Kristen Gibbs on harp and the lake as the backdrop, this will be an intimate, memorable evening of food, wine, and community. We hope you’ll join us for one of Uplift’s most anticipated summer traditions.

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated except at our annual Lobster Boil.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
