Join us for our annual Black & White Truffle Dinner, an indulgent celebration of fine wine, artistry, and the rare elegance of black and white truffles.
This year, we’re honored to welcome Chef Jo Chan, renowned for her work under culinary legends Nobu Matsuhisa, Jonathan Waxman, and Marcus Samuelsson, and recognized from Top Chef Season 19. Now one of Texas’s most celebrated chefs, Chef Jo brings her refined touch and creative flair to a five-course, truffle-inspired menu designed to complement the depth and grace of Uplift wines.
Each course will be paired with selections from our portfolio, including 2024 Dark Sky, 2024 Roussanne, 2023 Aglianico, 2022 Sangiovese, 2021 Badu, and 2023 Badu. These wines act as a reflection of our estate’s range and the artistry behind every vintage.
Guests are invited to embrace the evening’s theme by wearing black and white attire (optional but encouraged) as we gather for an evening of exquisite food, wine, and conversation.

Baby Artichokes – Arugula, Dry Red Miso, Crispy Garlic, Yuzu Truffle Dressing
Polenta – Poached Egg, Parmesan, Shaved White Truffle
Wild Mushroom Scarpinocc – Koji Cream Sauce, Shaved Black Truffle
Beef Tenderloin – Celeriac-Potato Purée, Onion Petals, Black Truffle Soubise
“Cheesecake” – Goat Cheese-Mascarpone Whip, Shortbread Crumble, Strawberries, Truffle Honey.
