Our annual Lobster Boil is back—and so are the wines we’ve been waiting all year to share with you.

Hosted at Quail Point Lodge, this event is our way of celebrating the new release of our white wines in true Uplift fashion: with incredible food, thoughtful pairings, and a setting that reminds us just how good Texas summers are.

This year’s menu brings a classic boil, done right—whole lobster, shrimp, seasonal sides, and all the fixings—prepared by our friends at Naborly Provisions. You will enjoy it all alongside fresh pours of our newest releases, including 2024 Lou Adah, our expressive 2024 Roussanne, and our crisp, 2024 Mourvèdre Blanc.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Dietary Allergen Disclaimer

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
