Gather around the flames for an unforgettable culinary experience. The Live Fire Dinner is a five-course, open-flame feast prepared on-site at the Uplift estate—each dish thoughtfully paired with limited-production Uplift wines.
Chef-driven, the menu draws bold flavor from live fire techniques and seasonal Hill Country ingredients. From fire-roasted mussels in a smoky chorizo broth to a wood-smoked strip loin with “killer sauce,” every plate is served with a side of vineyard views and Texas hospitality.
