Spring Release
March 21st

Celebrate the uncorking of our 2024 Spring Release at the vineyard.

This release introduces:

2024 Sangiovese
2024 Malbec
2024 Estate Red

Each wine reflects the character of the season and the rugged beauty of the Llano Uplift. To mark the occasion, guests will enjoy an Italian-inspired buffet designed to complement the new vintages.  

Spring Release Menu

Artisan Bread
With salted butter

Signature Spring Salad
Mixed greens with seasonal berries, feta, candied pecans, pickled red onions, and Texas honey balsamic vinaigrette

Chicken Parmesan
With Calabrian chili marinara

Risotto Station featuring three seasonal risottos:
Tomato Risotto with Parmesan and Black Pepper
Mushroom Risotto
Butternut Squash Risotto with Bacon and Sage

Badu Dinner | March 20th

An intimate evening of Italian hospitality and Texas wine.

Chef Valerio Lombardozzi of Bottega Salaria joins us at the estate for a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner inspired by tradition, craft, and the joy of gathering at the table. Raised in Italy and refined in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Valerio brings both elegance and warmth to this experience, blending refined plated courses with inviting family-style service.

Each course will be paired with Uplift wines, including the 2024 Badu, creating a seamless conversation between cuisine and vineyard.

Event FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Step into the beauty of Hoover’s Valley and experience Uplift Vineyard like never before. This guided 90-minute tour and tasting takes you through the natural landscape of our 55-acre estate, where you’ll learn about our unique winegrowing philosophy and site-driven winemaking approach.
